The Mission of the Guyana women's Leadership Institute is to develop, promote and support women and girls as leaders and decision makers through Education and training in order to facilitate equal accession and full participation in leadership and decision-making processes throughout the Guyanese Society. The Mission Statement is founded on the understanding that gender equity is fundamental to human centred and sustainable national development.
TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The Guyana Women?s Leadership Institute offers a one-year course which is conducted in three modular programmes? Elementary, Intermediate and Advance. Classes are held from October - December; January - March; April - June.
