Survey on ICTs in Expanding SMEs

The Development Gateway through its ICT4D Topic page is undertaking a survey on the use of computers and telephones in small businesses.
By addressing these issues this study will help to identify the main challenges and opportunities toward ICTs and their applications in growth and business models for Private Sector Development.
The results of this survey will be presented on the Gateway in September and will provide useful information to policy makers and fellow members.
Approximate time: 10-15 mns.
