AAV allocates $1.7 million for water treatment plant
SAN JUAN (AP) – Gov. Aníbal Acevedo Vilá signed into law a bill that allocates $1.7 million originally meant for the Environmental Quality Board, to use them in the expansion of Caguas’ Regional Water Treatment Plant in Caguas.
