Inter-American Initiative on Social Capital, Ethics and Development

The IDB's Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (INTAL) publishes Special Report on Raul Prebisch

On February 21, the Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean made public a document entitled "Raúl Prebisch: Power, Principle and the Ethics of Development". This document wishes to commemorate the Argentine economist who influenced a generation with his ideas among others, of integration, solidarity, and the role of the State. The study is a collection of 8 essays written by key experts of the region and wishes to give a thorough overview of Mr. Prebisch's work and life.
